★ Description
Trypsin (EC 3.4.21.4) belongs to the serine protease and mainly cleaves arginine and lysine carboxy terminal peptide bonds. Trypsin is widely used in various biotechnological processes, such as: production of proteins or peptides; enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins; structural and functional studies of proteins; cell separation of various tissues.This product is made by recombinant yeast, dried and purified by multi-step separation and purification, and has the same vitality and specificity as natural porcine trypsin. This animal is not used in any production process, and is very suitable for replacing trypsin extracted from animals.

★ Application
l Production of biological products, such as insulin and analog production, production of
GLP-1 analogues.
l Protein structure and function studies, such as protein mass spectrometry, sequencing, peptide
mapping analysis.
l Production of small molecular proteins or peptides, such as cosmetic peptides, antimicrobial
peptides, and food flavor peptides.
l Cell culture and cell fermentation.
l It is recommended to dissolve the lyophilized powder with 1 mM HCl or 50 mM HAc solution. Trypsin:
target protein=1:50-1:1000, optimum pH 7.0-10.0, optimum temperature 25-35°C.
l Note: Inorganic salts above 0.1M will have a certain effect on the enzyme activity. It is recommended to carry out the enzyme digestion reaction after desalting. If it is not possible to desalinate, it is
recommended to increase the amount of enzyme and extend the digestion time.
★ Stability
l Transportation stability: The ice pack is insulated and transported to ensure stable enzyme activity.
l Storage stability: stored at -15~-20°C, stable for 24 months; dissolved in 1mM hydrochloric acid or
50mM acetic acid, stored at -20°C, repeatedly frozen and thawed 10 times, no loss of activity, and
stable storage for two days at 4℃ and -20℃.
